"Nissha ecosense" is an integrated brand of sustainable materials and solutions offerd by Nissha.
It consists of two main product lines:
"ecosense molding": Environmentally conscious molded products made primarily from pulp and other biomass-derived materials. These products aim to reduce the use of petroleum-based plastics and minimize environmental impact.
"ecosense packaging": A range of recyclable, monomaterial packaging solutions made from metallized paper and board. These products combine both decorative appeal and functional performance(barrier function), offering a sustainable solution without compromising on aesthetics.

Yes. All of Pulp Series (Pulp-Injection, Fiber-Forming and PaperFoam®) are recyclable via paper streams.
Sulapac® is chemically and mechanically recyclable as plastic.

All of our products are biodegradable. Certification varies by material type. Please let us know your sustainability goals so we can suggest the best option.

In many countries, the Pulp Series is categorized as paper-based packaging. However, packaging classifications vary by country, so we recommend consulting with local regulatory authorities for accurate guidance.

LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) must be calculated for specific product designs, so general comparisons (e.g., between PET and Pulp Injection) are not applicable. A formal LCA assessment requires evaluation by a third-party organization at the customer's expense.

Calculating the CFP requires detailed information such as the product's shape, weight, and production location. If a prototype has been developed based on a specific design, an estimated CFP can be calculated under defined conditions.

Our local sales hear your needs such as shape, material, and volume. Then we propose the best solution, and if needed, create samples or prototypes. After you confirm the specifications, we provide a quote. Once you place an order, we move to mold making, trial production, and then full-scale delivery.
