We chose PaperFoam because it allows the tray and lid to fit tightly together, creating a secure structure without gaps. The snap-fit design keeps the parts firmly in place, so they do not come loose during transport. In addition, the material’s flexibility allows the product to be held securely with a snug press-fit design.
The customer was looking for a tray that could combine strong protective performance with multiple functional features, while also expressing a soft, rounded brand identity. PaperFoam met all of these requirements. In particular, the ability to achieve soft, natural colour tones was highly appreciated.
